Petstock Vet Tweed Heads

Ashleigh has been working in the Vet Industy for over 14 years. During this time she has completed her Certificate IV in Vet Nursing, Certificate IV in Companion Animals, Certificate IV in Frontline Management and more recently her Diploma in Business. Ashleigh is passionate about animal behaviour and training. During her time off she will be often found with a good book or spending time with her family.

Dr Abbie grew up on a farm in the Northern Rivers of NSW. After completeing her Bachelors Degree in Veterinary Science at the University of Queensland in 2016 she moved to the Hunter valley where she worked in Shelter medicine for several years. She has recently relocated back to the northern rivers with her young family and is excited to continue her career helping animals. She has a strong passion for animal welfare and surgery. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and caring for her own pets.

Dr Arjuna (Aj), is a local who grew up in the Tweed Heads area. After completing a combined Bachelor of Science/Arts, Dr Arjuna completed the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine course at the University of Sydney in 2018. His first two years were spent working in mixed-practice on the Mid-coast, and he has been practicing at Tweed Heads since 2020. His interests include surgery, pain management and One Health. In his spare time, Dr Arjuna is almost always outdoors, often with his Wolfhound X, Keeva. He enjoys playing football, hiking, and has recently taken up pottery.

Julija got her Master's Degree in Veterinary Medicine in Slovenia. After graduation, she did a Wildlife Internship in Costa Rica and eventually moved to Australia. She got certified to work as a Vet in Australia in 2023 and has since enthusiastically been treating all creatures - furry, feathery and scaly. Her biggest passions are Emergency Medicine and Exotic Animal Medicine. In free time, she loves being outdoors, either doing sports or reading.

Thali has been working in the Vet Industry for six years. She has a Bachelor in Veterinary Medicine from Brasil and since she arrived in Australia she has been working as a veterinary nurse. She loves spending time at the beach and being in nature.

Vitoria has been working in the veterinary industry for five years. She completed her Bachelor in Veterinary Medicine in Brazil in 2021, and worked there fot the past three years in emergency hospitals and clinics. In Australia, she continues to help animals by working in the field as a veterinary nurse. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing days watching a good movie, exercising, and hanging out at the beach with friends.
